The San Francisco Transit Riders Union is proud to announce the release of survey results from our Geary Bus Rapid Transit project survey conducted over the summer.

Some highlights:

• 57% have never heard of the project.
• 49% ride the 38/38L/38AX/38BX daily. We defined daily as five days a week or more.
• 40% prefer light rail, compared to 33% who prefer buses.
• 62% support a transit lane west of 33rd Avenue.
